THE PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

.....Welcome to Bertha C. Boschulte Middle School. "B.C.B. IS THE PLACE TO BE!" means we strive for positivity every day. For our faculty, staff, and students, this school is our “home away from home,” providing an environment of peace and comfort for teaching, learning, and growth. Our mission is to “maximize the academic, emotional, physical, and social growth of ALL students.” We focus on data, ensuring every student knows their academic status regularly, with immediate support for improvement. Students will understand that “school is their job,” and their “payment” is the grades and skills they acquire. They are expected to progress through each marking period and grade level successfully. The entire B.C.B.M.S. faculty and staff pledge to educate and support our students, helping them become life-long learners with the skills needed for success. We will encourage them to keep the “torch of knowledge burning brightly for a better future. “ When our scholars are promoted they will make us all proud. It is crucial to embrace and implement the information in this handbook, as well as other guidance from the Virgin Islands Department of Education and the Virgin Islands Board of Education. Please read and familiarize yourselves with this handbook as it guides our school community.
