Under the dedicated guidance of Coach Ms. Leifel Odelmo, these Mathlete Blazers truly shined bright! 🌟
By placing in the Top 4, Layla Pierre will proudly represent the U.S. Virgin Islands at the MATHCOUNTS National Competition, taking place May 10–11, 2026, in Orlando, Florida.

Filipino-American Heritage Month Cultural Celebration – October 1, 2025
The Filipino Teachers and Librarian propose a day-long cultural celebration in honor of Filipino-American Heritage Month, themed “Pista sa Nayon” (Barrio Fiesta). Held in the library, the event will showcase Filipino traditions through activities such as a guest speaker, film viewing, karaoke, Bingo, cultural song and dance lessons, and traditional Pinoy games. Authentic Filipino food and street snacks will be served. Students will participate during their scheduled library visits. The event aims to promote cultural appreciation, diversity, and community engagement within the school.

First time individual cross country runners Janelle Hodge and Jahkaira Jude dominated the female middle school division of St. Thomas-St. John District’s 2024 - 2025 Interscholastic Cross Country two miles races on the the University of the Virgin Islands’ Herman E. Moore Golf Course. Jahkaira finished in first place with the fastest overall finishing time and Janelle finished in second. Aden Stapleton held the torch for the boys division, finishing in second place.
